[Food] Chong Qing Grilled Fish 重庆烤鱼

Last Saturday, my hubby brought me to a chinese restaurant at Mosque St to try on the something new. Their signature food is grilled fish. Is only 3 simple steps to order the grilled fish.
First: Choice of Fish. There are basically three types of fish available: Sea Bass (金目鲈) - $30 (R) & $38 (L), Golden Snapper (红曹) - $30 (R) & $38(L) and Grass Carp (草鱼) - $42/1.5kg.
Second: Choice of Flavor. There are six flavor available: Spicy Numbing 川味麻辣, Fermented Black Bean (non spicy) 甘香豆鼓, Spicy Fragrant 一品香辣, Pickled Cabbage (non spicy) 酸菜香烤, Chopped Chili 香辣椒 and Pickled Chili 鲜味泡椒. You can then choose level of spiciness from mild, medium to extreme.
Third: Select choice of dishes to add into the flavor. They have many types of vegetables and mushrooms.

You are done. Sit down relax and wait for the food to be served to you.















Yummy fresh fish. The meat is fresh, gravy mixed together with rice is just perfect. Next time will go try for the spicy flavor.

[Recipe] Eggy Burger for breakfast

Headache and don't know what to have for home breakfast? Or ever wanted to prepare breakfast for your loved one? One of the easiest breakfast you can make is egg burger.

Here are what you need to have

1 egg (without beating it)
1 burger bread (I'm using Gardenia)
Olive Oil
Butter/Margarine
Cheese (optional)
Chopped Lettuce (optional)
Potato Salad (optional)

1. Spread the butter/margarine on on the burger bread, put on a piece of cheese. Send the burger bread to oven toast for 15-20mins at 150-180 degree.
2. Heat up the wok, and pour a little amount of olive oil (you can replace it by butter as well). Add in a bit of salt in the heated oil. Fried the egg.
3. Place the egg on the burger bread, add on potato salad (or other ingredient you wish) and chopped lettuce. You may want add some tomato/chilli sauce or even mayonnaise if you like.

There you go, you are done. Enjoy the food.

[Sharing] 抽筋怎么办?

相信大家都有偿试过落枕,抽筋,脚麻吧? 以下简单知识教你如何应付抽筋:

1.落枕
您偶尔早上起床会发现自己落枕了吗?就是脖子疼痛。
一旦落枕您该怎么办?
一旦落枕时,只要将你的脚抬起来!把大脚姆指给掰开来,慢慢的以顺时或逆时的方向按摩旋转。

2.脚麻时
若左脚麻了,用力甩你的右手掌,
若右脚麻了,则用力甩你的左手掌。

3.脚抽筋时
左脚抽筋时高高的举起右手,
右脚抽筋时高高的举起左手,马上舒缓。

4.运动时抽筋怎么办?
第一个动作就是马上休息,并将抽筋的腿部伸直(勿让膝盖弯曲),将脚板往自己身体方向下压,然后可以使用运动喷剂或药膏让腿部肌肉松弛,并用双手按摩抽筋部位。如果自己怕痛,可以请别人代劳,记得一定要按摩有疼痛感才算有效,如果旁边无人可以帮忙,则可以将双手撑住墙壁,脚跟不离地感觉小腿筋有被拉直的感觉,进行几分钟后,再放松按摩腿部肌肉。

其他如手臂抽筋时,必须将之轻轻拉直;腹部抽筋时,轻轻把腹部垫高拉直腹肌;若是大腿前面抽筋,最简单的就是采取蹲姿,或轻轻将手腕放在膝盖后方,将腿往后弯曲,使大腿前面抽筋拉直。

至于如何防范抽筋,最简单的就是在运动前的热身操及动后操中,加强“拉伸”的动作,此外,运动中补充运动饮料,在补充水分的同时,又能补充电解质,使体内钾钠平衡。

其次是适当而渐进的运动,抽筋就是身体在警告我们,目前的运动量已超过身体负担,也就是说平时的运动量不够,还要多加锻炼。

5.孕妇抽筋时如何应对?
半数以上的怀孕妇女在孕期尤其在晚上睡觉时会发生腿部抽筋。

究期原因,孕妇在孕期中体重逐渐增加,双腿负担加重,腿部的肌肉经常处于疲劳状态;另外,怀孕后,对钙的需要量明显增加。怀孕后,尤其在孕中、晚期,每天钙的需要量增为1200毫克。如果膳食中钙及维生素D含量不足或缺乏日照,会加重钙的缺乏,从而增加了肌肉及神经的兴奋性。夜间血钙水平比日间要低,故小腿抽筋常在夜间发作。

一旦抽筋发生,只要将足趾用力向头侧或用力将足跟下蹬,使踝关节过度屈曲,腓肠肌拉紧,症状便可迅速缓解。

孕妇抽筋时,肌肉是持续收缩的状态,所以必须赶快让肌肉放松,以下一些小方法应对抽筋还是比较有效的,但如果抽筋情况严重的话,就一定要请医师诊治了。

一,立刻脚着地
抽筋多发生在夜晚睡觉时,一旦发生抽筋,妈妈不妨马上下床,脚跟着地站一会儿,或平躺时脚跟抵住墙壁。

二,扳扳腿
如果是小腿抽筋,就将小腿扳向自己身体心脏位置的方向,小心地以踝部进行绕圈运动,也可减轻症状。

三,按摩、热敷
轻轻按摩抽筋的部位可减缓不适,如果抽筋太久造成局部肌肉的酸痛,也可以选择热敷或是泡热水。

四,站直使腿后部肌肉伸展
对于明显的抽筋,孕妈妈可握紧椅背作为支持,站直使腿后部肌肉伸展,髋部稍向前并弯曲,膝部伸直,均匀地深呼吸。也可以斜倚在墙上,站在地板上,双臂伸直,稍前倾,双手掌抵着墙。

*注意事项
如果孕妈妈不是偶尔的小腿抽筋,而是经常的肌肉疼痛,或者腿部肿胀或触痛,孕妈妈就应该去医院检查。因为这可能是下肢静脉血栓的征兆,需要立即治疗。虽然孕期血栓很少见,但是孕妈妈也应谨慎防范。
