[Sharing] The Wonderful of Petai

Came across this article from my inbox. A good to share around.

Little did you know ........ after reading THIS, you'll NEVER look at petai in the same way again!

Petai
contains three natural sugars -sucrose, fructose and glucose. Combined with fiber, petai gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proved that just two servings of petai provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout.. No wonder petai ! is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way petai can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression:

According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND among people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating petai. This is because petai contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS (premenstrual syndrome):

Forget the pills - eat petai. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anaemia:

High in iron, petai can stimulate the production of haemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anaemia.

Blood Pressure:

This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. ! So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the petai industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power :

200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating petai at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.
Understand that bananas contain lot of potassium too so eat more banana... Just look at those monkeys, they are really active, alert, smart and cunning too!!

Constipation:

High in fiber, including petai in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers:

One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a petai milkshake, sweetened with honey. The petai calms the ! stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn:

Petai has a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating petai for soothing relief.

Morning Sickness
:
Snacking on petai between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Mosquito bites
:
Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of the petai skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation..

Nerves:

Petai is high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight:

Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at wo! rk leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers:

Petai is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control
:
Many other cultures see petai as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Holland , for example,! pregnant women eat petai to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affecti ve Disorder (SAD):

Petai can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer, tryptophan.

Smoking:

Petai can also help people trying to give up smoking.. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

< B R>Stress:

Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium petai snack.

Strokes:

According to research in "The New England Journal of Medi! cine" eating petai as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%".

Warts:

Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of petai and place it on the wart.. Carefully hold the petai in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, as you can see, petai really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrates, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals... It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around. So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A Petai a day keeps the doctor away".

[Sharing] Lemon - The Benefit of it

Do you like lemon? If so, continue to like it as lemon did provide benefits to our body. If you dont like lemon, begin to like it now. Came across an article about lemon via an email from my uncle. So I'll share out the article to all of you. Enjoy reading.

This is the latest in medicine, effective for cancer! Read carefully & you be the judge Lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy. Why do we not know about that? Because there are laboratories interested in making a synthetic version that will bring them huge profits. You can now help a friend in need by letting him/her know that lemon juice is beneficial in preventing the disease. Its taste is pleasant and it does not produce the horrific effects of chemotherapy. How many people will die while this closely guarded secret is kept, so as not to jeopardize the beneficial multimillionaires large corporations? As you know, the lemon tree is known for its varieties of lemons and limes. You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the pulp, juice press, prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc... It is credited with many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumors. This
plant is a proven remedy against cancers of all types. Some say it is very useful in all variants of cancer. It is considered also as an anti microbial spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi, effective against internal parasites and worms, it regulates blood pressure which is too high and an antidepressant, combats stress and nervous disorders. The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the largest drug manufacturers in the world, says that after more than 20 laboratory tests since 1970, the extracts revealed that: It destroys the malignant cells in 12 cancers including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreas ... The compounds of this tree showed 10,000 times better than the product Adriamycin, a drug normally used chemotherapeutic in the world, slowing the growth of cancer cells. And what is even more astonishing: this type of therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and it does not affect healthy cells.

I'll start the remedy from now on. Let's do it together :)

Hope you enjoy the song and lyrics

[Life] Rest In Peace My Respective Grandpa

29th March 2011 is a new date to remember which I've marked in my calendar. It was the date my beloved grandpa been criminate. He has been having parkinson sickness more than 20 years. All the while he needs medicine to control the movements that caused him getting thinner and thinner, body getting weak day by day. However, he has a great memory, he can still remember each of us from his children, to grand children and even great grand children. No doubt his leaving make us feel very sad, it is good to know that he leaving us peacefully without suffering.

In the 5 days funeral, all our families, relatives and friends came to give the last respect. One of my cousin posted a question: "What is the most memorable thing you had in Gong Gong ? " He was the best grandpa ever. He never scolded us before. Remembered when I was a kid, I used to go out play with my sister and cousins during evening, he will always allow us to go outside whenever we asked him. My grandpa was also a great singer especially in the bathroom. I used to listen he singing in the bathroom he while I m having my food at the kitchen. I've never seen my grandpa cried before until there was once during one of the CNY. My grandma scolded him for a small matter, that really makes him felt so sad and cried. I'll never forget the scene.

Talked about his fav food, he liked Rojak, Stim Beans (yellow color, dont know what the actual name called), Abang Balik (a kuih, not sure it spell this way). When we went to pasar malam, he will always asked us to buy Rojak and stim beans for him. He will always cough when he eating Rojak, but he still enjoyed the food. Then during tea break, we went to buy kuih kuih, he always eat Abang Balik. By default, we will know what to buy for him for his tea break without asking him.

Although he has passed away, I knew he is still be with us. He was just not living with us anymore but living in the heaven. Gong Gong, you will always be in my heart and be remembered. We will always missing you. Dont worry about us, we will take care ourself and also popo. May you rest in peace.
Love you always.

Now then I am worry about my grandma, she was so sad when knowing her beloved husband passed away. Is painful to see her cry. During these days, she sit on the chair and starring, I asked her what is she thinking, she said nothing. That time, how I wish I could really read her mind. What we can do is accompany her as much as we can. She is lonely and needs accompany. Hope that each of us will spend more time with her and go back visit her more often so that she wont feel so lonely. Popo, you have to be tough ok. You still have us --> your children, grand children and great grand children are here for you. We want to you to be happy and smile more, let the worries and unhappiness go away. I will go back more often to visit you and sleep at your place. Love you Popo.

[Life] Master of Business in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPs)

I cant believe myself that I will still think of further master study !!! Maybe because of this course interested me make me have the motivation to go for it. Actually been thinking through quite some times already, coz this will be my part time study. Need to work and study, I also not sure whether I can stand it or not. No matter how, have to go through it.

What is this program about? Basically, about ERP system and with this SAP modules came into picture to supply to make ERP a complete system. ERP is a platform that need SAP to integrate with. There are total of 12 subjects in this master course. The duration, well i can say it's flexible, min 1 year, max 3 years. Depends on how you plan it. If you want to take less subject in a semester can plan to extend, and good thing is the fees will remain. Out of 12 subjects, include few SAP modules which are SAP FICO, SAP HR, SAP ABAP, SAP BIW, SAP project. Upon completion of the master course, there will be total of 8 certificate. 1 is the master certificate and the 7 are the SAP module. Upon completion of the subject with pass of cause, will receive the certificate. The certs are jointly from Victoria University, Australia and SAP.

The fees for this course is about SGD26k. Now waiting for the reply from VU for the admission letter. Then the semester is about to start. The 1st semester i will just take 1 subject which not required for exam. because currently work have many things to do. By next sem, Sept, then will plan to take 2 or 3 subjects as that time project should rollout already. Hope everything will go smoothly for both work and study. Is gonna be tough but I will be more tough to go through it.

[Travel] Batam Trip Free And Easy

It was my 1st time to Batam Island. It is an island in Indonesia and located near to Spore. Is place for Sporean to gateway to here.

Spent 2D1N over there on 9 May - 10 May 2009. Things there are cheap especially the food. Seafood not to mention, is pretty cheap.

Here are some of the informations and things I did over Batam.

Depart from Harbourfront Ferry Terminal at 11.00am to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Journey to Batam Centre took about 1 hour. For 2 ways ticket - SGD47 (include seaport tax). I booked the tickets in advance via fax ( coz i got the form from my company, hehe). Alternately, can book and check the time via their website http://www.batamfast.com/index.aspx . If you are buying return tickets, when collecting tickets at horbourfront, will have to pay SGD40. The moment you reach Batam Centre, go to the counter to book for return tickets. They will assign you the ticket and collect SGD7 from you.

(**Note** Batam time is 1 hour later than Spore time)

Once arrive Batam Centre, opposite is the Batam Centre Shopping Mall. Since the hotel i booked can only check-in at 2pm, so we went to the shopping mall to walk around. Actually nothing much over there and the crowds is very little. To me it is a small shopping mall.

We are staying at i-Hotel, which located at Nagoya. It is a new hotel. For reservation, may visit http://www.ihotelbatam.com/ .

From Batam Centre to Nagoya by cab is about 15minutes. The charges will be Rp45000 (SGD6.4) . We tried to negotiate the price but they not allow, they just showed us it s fixe price with the printed paper. Anyway it is save, they will assigned you a receipt before you got to the cab. Once the taxi driver sent you to the destination, just paid him accordingly.

The room is big (coz i stay executive room) and clean.

The Room The Bathroom with bathtub

i-Hotel nearby there is a new shopping mall - Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. It is just a walking distance from i-Hotel (in fact there has a short-cut to go the shopping mall from the hotel).
This shopping mall is much more bigger than Batam Centre. Can find many restaurants over there and the price is cheap.

There are quite many clothing shops at the mall, but I didnt really buy any of them, because not nice. Those nice the price not that cheap though. There is a shop name 61, the clothes are cheap. 1 t-shirt cost about SGD2-5 bucks.

After walk around, we then went for massage. This is the main reason that attract me to Batam. Isabella Massage House is the place i visited. It is located at Nagoya as well. Walking distance from the shopping mall. I made appointment with them over email before went there. We went for 2 hours Combination Massage (Bali + Thai massage). It was nice and it cost about SGD22.
The have a very good service. After the massage, we wanted to go for Seafood dinner, they offer to send us to the place for free and fetch us back to Hotel after we finished our dinner.
Here is the info :
web : htt://www.isabellamassagehouse.com
email : info@isabellamassagehouse.com
Tel : +62 778 749 3692
Operating Hour : 9.30am - 10.15pm
If you happen to go Batam, can go here for massage !

Next is the Seafood dinner. Is about 5 minutes drive from Nagoya. It is called A1 Seafood Foodcourt. Most of the stalls are selling seafood. Manyare chinese owners. Before order, must ask them the price of each of the item you wanted to order. If you fell is reasonable then can give a try. We ordered 6 dishes : 2 plates of vege, lala, sotong, Prawn and Crab. This cost about SGD25 (cheap huh?)

Hai San Seafood stall

The Crowds

Sotong - RP25000 (SGD3.60)
Vege - Rp15000 (SGD2.10)
Vege - Rp15000 (SGD2.10)

Crab - Rp50000 (SGD7.10)
Lala - Rp25000 (SGD 3.60)
Prawn - Rp45000 (SGD 6.40)

On top of that, if there is any nice movie, go and watch it. Trust me, is pretty cheap. The movie ticket is only cost bout SGD3. The cineplex is not bad (of coz no as good as cathay, but i think same as Shaw at least). The popcorn and Nachos also cheap. Is really enjoying watching movie there.

The restaurant at the Nagoya Hill also cheap. We went to 1 of the restaurant for lunch. Cost us about SGD15 for 1 vege, 1 whole fish and prawn.

The only draw back i would like to comment about Batam is - > ppl can smoke everywhere. In shopping mall, inside restaurant, even in hotel restaurant. Although there is sign for no smoking, ppl there just ignored and seems like common over there. Is pretty smelly ok. Guess the cigrattes there are selling cheap, that recommend ppl there to smoke more.

Just the short weekend hangout. Basically go there to relax, eat and shop and of coz massage. Will consider to go back there once a while for massage and eat.

[Life] Update Update

So happy!!!! Been searching for Levi's Jeans for year, finally yesterday managed to buy it and bring home @ Taka. On top of that, also bought a laptop bag. Well, still heavy after putting the heavy laptop and the connector. AArrgghhh!!!! Why give me so heavy weighted laptop. Have to carry home everyday. Very super heavy.

After Bali post then never update any blog till now. Reason? Too lazy to update and too busy with work and too tired to turn on laptop to login into blogspot. Hahaha..
So just update and make it alive once a while, better still right?

Ya, talk bout work. Really busy with work. Always have unfinished tasks in my list. After listed down tasks I targeted to be completed by the end of day, always cannot success one. But a plan on what you want to do for the day i good. Somehow, always have issues or things that will interrupt your current tasks. Sometimes is really annoying. But no choice, life goes on and work still have to do.

Few more months to go then end of year 2008. Then CNY is coming again. Time really flies. Been in Spore also almost 2 years lo. Hack, i still havent buy a property here. hahaha... No money .. where are my money goes!!!! Money always no enough. Everything increase fast, except 1 thing increase slow -- -- Salary. Really looking forward for the increment. At least can see more $$$ when salary bank in to account after the scary CPF deduction.

Been coughing and flu for a week +. Still no yet 100% recover. And this virus spread to coll sitting around me. OOpppssttt... i Am Sorry!!! I also attacked by virus maybe from next "lorong" of my desk. The overall air circulation in the office is bad. Sometimes feel super warm in our cubicle, sometimes feel cold. Always complain to the ppl, they come to measure measure, then go away. Still the same. Really hope they fixed it one day.

Woo-hoo, tomorrow is Friday again. Weekend's here!!!

[Travel] Trip to Bali

Bali Bali here I come. The party of 6 rocked Bali for 4 days 3 nights from 7th May - 10th May 2008.

Day 1 - 7th May 2008 (Wed)
We meet at LCCT McD. The moment we reached, hugging each other, coz is been a year didnt see. Oh yeah, this is our gathering trip. Went to the counter to check in our luggages and take the tickets. Yippie, so excited, finally is the day to go Bali.

Flight AK900 depart from LCCT to Denpasar Airport at 10.50am. After 3 hours flight, finally we departed at the Airport. Quickly we proceed to the imigration checkpoint and collect our luggages, then went out to the departure hall to look for the local tour who coming to pick us. So many local tours were holding the cardboard with the customer's name waiting outside the departure hall. We are looking who is the guy who taking the cardboard with my name on. See, on the right, there he is. Faster we approached him and he help us to take some luggages and proceed to his car. A red van - we named it Ferrari coz drive very fast.

1st destination to go of coz is to go hotel to check in and put our staffs. The hotel we stayed is Dewi Sri Hotel located at Legian, Kuta. The hotel is considered clean, overall is ok, just that the shower not so good condition, because the water is kinda small.

3.30pm, we gathered at the lobby and meet up the local tour, well his name is Elvys. Then we start our journey, the 1st place of visit -> Uluwatu. From hotel to Uluwatu, took about 45min.

Gotta pay Rp10,000 per person for the entry fees. The local tour brought us to visit the place, it was like trecking. Finally reached the top, wow, the scenery is simply breath-taking. Started to snap pic here and there. We need to be extra careful because many monkeys there. They will take things away from you if you didnt hold it properly. But the love to take pictures, they will sit down and posting for you to snap them.

Around 5.00pm, we bought the ticket to watch the performance by Balinesse at Uluwatu -> Kecak Dance, cost Rp50,000. Before the show start, we managed to see the sunset. Is so nice. By 6 plus, the sun already set, and the performance started. Well, basically we have no much idea on what they are performing (guess is something related to their so called story tales) . The performance took about 1hour to finish.

The sky already so dark at 7.00pm. After the performance, we proceed for dinner. So hungry already. Went to the romantic location -> Jimbaran Seafood to have our dinner. No doubt, the place there is really nice, romantic. Eating seafood by the seaside, listen to the song of the sea. However, the food so so only. Maybe because all of us too hungry, very fast we finished all the dishes. hehehe.

After the dinner, Elvys send us back to Legian, Kuta. Before he wanted to drop us at the hotel, we asked him to stop on the road side. We then continue to walk around the street. Long street and full of shops and pubs. Girls start the shopping. hehehe.. Then went in to one of the pub. Is special, on the top of the building and is open air (no air-corn). Just relax and dance over there.

Day 2 - 8th May 2008 (Thurs)

Early in the morning 8.00am, we meet up for breakfast at the hotel (as breakfast included). 9.30 am gathered at the lobby and start our 2nd day journey.

1st place : Barong Dance - Rp50,000 . Well, again dont really understand what they trying to tell us. Just felt that they look horrible with the masks.

2nd place : Batik factory . Actually this is not in my list, is the local tour who brought us there. Can see how patient are the ladies there doing the batik. Very nice. But none of us buy any product because we are not into batik and kinda expensive.
3rd place : Celuk. Place that sell all type of silver accessories. We didnt buy anything from there because the price is not cheap. Is not worth to buy a silver accessories with the expensive price.
4th place : Kintamani. This place I love the most. It has very attractive mountain view while you having buffet lunch at Grand Puncak Sari Restaurant. Admire the view while eating. The air is cooling and refresh. Nice.
5th place : Sukawati. This place let me had a very deep memory. When think of this place, then remind me of the toilet there. Is not the toilet clean. It is super smelly and still need to collect money. I really admire the guy can sit outside of the toilet to collect the money. Really will faint le. This place is a bazaar selling sourveniers, clothes etc. Clothes there are cheap, can bargain a lot. And the people there are quite friendly, at least they wont curse or scold you if you trying to bargain price with them. If you don't want just tell them then they wont show you unhappy face.
6th place : Dinner @ Selera Kuring. After the bargain at sukawati, all already hungry. Went to this place for dinner and we treat the local tour for dinner.
7th place : SPA. After dinner, go to relax the body. Is Spa time. This is my 1st time to do Spa, and i guess will be my last time. Why? Because i don't really enjoy it, felt it so uncomfortable. I still prefer massage or thai massage, simply the best. Spa for 2hours, cost Rp250,000. First 1 hour is whole body massage. Second 1 hour is Spa. They put the scrub on your body, then use blanket to cover. Awwww, imagine, the scrub on body then blanket cover over, so uncomfortable. Rest for 30 min, wash away the scrub, then put on milk, and again cover the blanket. Yuucckkss!! After a while then can go bath and relax in the bathtub with the roses.

Day 3 - 9th May 2008 (Fri)
After breakfast, we started our 3rd day journey.
1st place : Taman Ayun Temple. Rp3,000 per entry. This is a park basically. Nothing much special. The weather is so hot. We quickly snap pictures and walk one round then jumped back to the car.
2nd place : Bedugul. Another nice view for lunch. This time we seeing all the padi fields on the hill while having our buffet lunch. But the weather is not as nice as Kintamani.
3rd place : Tanah Lot bazaar and temple. Rp10,000. This is another place to see sunset. The temple is built in the middle of the sea. When low-tide, we can walk to the temple to take pictures and see the sunset. Unfortunately, that day weather not so good, too many clouds, thus cant really see the sunset. The wave there is big, is so nice to listen the sound of the wave. We continue our shopping and bargain day till the stalls almost closed.
4th place : Dinner. This time, we told the local tour not to bring us to those "tourism" place for dinner, coz the food there not as cheap as i thought. So we ask him brought us to mamak stall for dinner.

Day 4 - 10th May 2008 (Sat)

Today is the last day at Bali. Most of the places we have visited. This day, Elvys didnt come to pick us up instead he asked his partner to bring us. For the 3 days we already used to the red van aka Ferrari. Now suddenly changed to Toyota Unser. Although this car is better than the previous car, the driver is lousy. He drive like tortoise. So slow till want to fall asleep. We asked him to drive faster, then he said why you all like fast fast. Of coz la, last day already, sure want to go places that we want before go airport. And he seems like doesnt understand what we trying to tell him. We asking him to bring us to place like Sukawati where can get cheap things. But he brought us to shopping mall. OMG! We told him in English and Malay, still canot understand?? Then i asked him where go sell Bali local product food, he wanted to bring us to Carrefour supermarket. *Puke* Carrefour here also have, why i need to spend my time from spore to Bali. Then he brought us to another shopping complex. Luckily there is a shop that sell local product.
Is time to say goodbye to Bali. We heading to Denpasar airport to check-in. When wanted to enter the departure hall, need to pay the airport taxes. Initially, we thought is Rp50,000. When we went there, omg, price has increased. Rp150,000. All the money we had also not enough as we just kept Rp50,000 at the beginning. No choice, have to go change money to pay the tax. We felt like we are participating the Amazing Race. haha.
Although is 6 of us, we enjoyed the trip pretty much. Looking forward for the next plan --> Kuching.

[Life] Goodbye Year 2007

So fast, year 2007 was overred. This year passed extremely fast. Still remembered end of January, alone came over to Spore, rent a room and work here. Now, is almost a year over here.

Never thought i will come Spore to work, but hey, i m here for almost year. haha.. Well, if things didn't happened on 2006, guess i am still stucked at malacca. No regrets of moving myself to a new place and then met the right person of my life.

Been enjoying and happy life throughout year 2007. Of coz there also have some unhappy things bothering me. But mostly are happy.. coz rather to stay happy than unhappy. Got to know some new friends when i came over here. Friends, wish our friendships last 4ever no matter what happen.

During the mid year around July, had a funky group gathering trip, 4days3nites to Perhentian, Redang and LangTengah. It was funky, crazy and unforgettable trip with the funkies. You guys and girls rock!!! Looking forward to our 2nd gathering trip to Bali on April 2008.

Aug my bday month. Bought the very first digital camera for myself. Wanted a digital camera for years. Felt happy when i have it. My Sony Cybershot T20 Metallic Black. It was so cool. hahha.. Also my 1st year celebrated my bday abroad. It was special bday. Had a surprise bday cake and present. So nice of you all. And the Tiramisu cake was yummy!!!

End of September, visited Bangkok with friends, Nicky and Kennard. Free and easy on 3days2nites. It was a sudden plan. Suddenly think of going Bangkok, just book ticket n hotel. PLan the schedule and go. It was a fun trip with them. Don't worry, the funniest scene -> jeans tearing is still vividly replay in my mind. hahaha..

Begin of Nov, visited Taipei, Taiwan with my sister. Free and easy on 7days6nites. What i can say is I LOVE Taiwan. Nice place, friendly people, delicious food, shopping heaven. Had a very enjoyable moment at there.

Dec, the sweetest month of the year. Been searching for you so long, and finally i've found you. Yes you, Donny, you are the one. Is very happy to know you and being together with you. Will treasure every single moment we spend together. This Xmas is not a lonely Xmas.

We then proceed to Vivocity to meet up another 3 friends. Went to Food Republic to order our food while waiting for them to come. Had a full breakfast + lunch.

Around 12.30pm, 6 of us went to the counter to change free tickets to Sentosa (woo-hoo, is free).
Took the express train to the island. Alighted at the last station -> Beach Station to exchange the Songs of the Sea tickets at 7.40pm. Then we went to get Luge & Skyride tickets at 50% discount. Each of us took up 2 rides (as 1 will never be enough) . Get the helmet and queue up and ready to Luge it. It was really fun ride. After the rides, weather kinda hot and thirsty, is Ice Cream time.. hahaha.. eat ice-cream and take the skyride back up to the luge place.

Then we proceed to Images of Singapore. Went to watch the 5minutes show in a small theater. Like harry porter, the person in the pictures will talk. hahaha.. After that went to the SkyTower. That make me remind of the time i went to Korea Lottle World themepark, playing 1 of the adventure ride, which is as high as the skytower. It will also slowly go up and turning, till it reaches the peak, it will stop for 10sec, then...... pooomm(fall all the way down), is like ur heart dropping off from mouth. Scary but fun. :p

After the SkyTower, we went to Merlion. Go in the body of the merlion and then took souvenir. Then 2 of Agnes ' friend leaving us as they have appointment dinner. So 4 of us continued our events. Faster we went to buy tickets for Underwater World and Dolphin Lagoon. Took the Red line shutter bus to Dolphin Lagoon first to catch the Pink Dolphin performance. They are so cute. I just like dolphins so much. After the performance, we took the Red line bus back to Underwater World to see the fishes.

Last we rushed to the see the Songs of the Sea performance. It was awesome.. really a nice lightening performance. Highly recommend to go watch this. After that we took the express train back to Vivo to have our dinner. Went to a western restaurant eat, yucks, the food not nice. Blacklisted, dun wanna go back there eat again.

It was a fun and enjoyed day trip.

Told the officer I 've got my PR and would like to renew my Access Card. The lady asked for my passport. Oh shit, I forgot to bring my passport along (not again!!) So didnt manage to proceed doing the card. Oh no, start from this month, gotta deduct CPF already. Poor poor poor.. *sob sob*
